He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and The Lagos Bar Association. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (UK), an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and a recognized broker of the Lagos Commodities and Futures Exchange, a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst, a Business Intelligence and Data Analyst, an Accounting Technician, a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, in addition to a first degree in Law from the University of Lagos.

He possesses a large spectrum of experience in Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management and his professional skills include Legal Advisory/Analysis, Data Analysis, Equity, Commodities and Fixed Income Trading, Financial Modeling, Tax Advisory, Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuations and Government, Private & Public Sector Advisory.
